E is for Eclair

Eclairs, those delicious bakery staples, are like a fancy dressed-up custard donut. Until I started this blog and had to come up for an idea for E, I never thought of making my own. But hey, if I'm playing with the idea of making my own donuts, I could go a step further and make some beautiful delicious eclairs, right? Sure!

Baking Bites even has a mini-eclair recipe with low fat vanilla creme... perfect! And so cute, too!
