Red Lobster

Let me tell you all how wonderful Red Lobster is. Oh is it ever wonderful. Amazingly wonderful and wonderfully wonderful. As I sat there happily cracking snow crab legs, I almost felt myself get a high from the degree of wonderfulness emanating from it all. I could sing the praises of their biscuits too. Oh lovely biscuits. And there just might be a synonym for "heaven on a plate": bananas foster cheesecake. Yes, my night was complete. I was at peace with the universe and wanted to buy the world a plate of wonderful snow crab. With a lovely buttery biscuit on the side.

All thanks to my lovely friend Angie, who took me out in return for me writing her résumé. I feel guilty because I think I got the better end of the deal, so I told her I'd treat her in celebration when she gets a job. Maybe another happy night of crab will be in order.... :)

Where oh where is this "better" crab you speak of? Oh, probably near an ocean somewhere, right? That would make sense.

Cheddar bay biscuits? Is that what those little morsels of wonderfulness are called? Ahh... then I shall be singing their name all day. Cheddar bay biscuit. How sweet the sound. Hee hee hee.

Sorry, I'm just feeling silly right now... :) Yeah, Red Lobster is fantastic, if you have the bank for it! :)

Strand? Hee. We have a Joe's Crab Shack here too. It's fun, but the crab might be slightly better at Red Lobster.

Okay, I'm with Kristen - my mouth is watering, too. I love me some crab legs.

And I'm so glad you found the synonym for "heaven on a plate", because you already know the synonym for "heart attack on a plate". With a Diet Coke. Heh. :) (Which also reminds me of that part in "The Emperor's New Groove" where they're in Mutka's Meat Hut, and Kuzco says, "And a ONION LOG...*pause* to split..."

I think that it is on Tuesday nights at one or both of the casinos out here (St. Charles, and Harrahs).

I'll look it up and let you know!

Thursdays and Fridays at Harrah's buffet. I couldn't get on Ameristar's web page, so I am not sure about the night for that one, but if I remember right I think that it is Tuesdays.

Kristi...I love the biscuits at Red Lobster too. And the popcorn shrimp. But back in the day, Red Lobster used to serve hush puppies in place of the biscuits. The hush puppies blow away anything on the current menu. Man. When I come back to St. Louis, we need to go to Red Lobster.
