It's a line of an itinerary from St. Louis to Tucson via Dallas. Maybe in a couple of months I'll be able to skim that and actually make sense of it, but for right now, I'm kinda feeling like you... "OY!"

Looks like gibberish to me, but I'm sure you'll be a pro in no time.

I think I get some of it; I could tell it was referencing something to do with a flight from St. Louis to Dallas, but didn't know TUS was Tucson until you clarified.
Here's what I get:
St. Louis via American Airlines, layover at Dallas-Fort Worth; American Airlines to Tucson (no clue what 90.3LL14QD1N means); American Airlines to St. Louis (again no clue on the jibberish, but the ZPSTLDFWTUSDFWXFSTL4.5DFW4.5TUS3DFW4.5 part seams to mean something with the flight sequence, STL to DFW to TUS to DFW to STL...and maybe the number relate to rates. Then NOREF/CHG100 PLUS FARE DIFF/NO VALUE AFT FLT DATE would mean no refund/$100 to change, plus fare difference. No value after flight date.
How did I do? :)

Wow, good job! You should be taking this class with me! :) We talked about what the LL14QD1N stuff meant, but I have completely forgotten. the 3's and 4.5's after STL and DFW and TUS in that one part represent taxes added to each segment of the flight.
GMLMPH! (that's my tired brain going "What the hell? Overload!! SHUT DOWN SHUT DOWN!) Hee hee... Wow, I didn't know travel agents had to learn a whole new language! You'll do fine.
