A while back The Great Steph sent me a link to a site that posted a bunch of recipes for using candy bars to make cakes, cookies, brownies, etc. Turns out that website, Recipe Goldmine, is a treasure-trove for just about any kind of recipe you want. For example, I found a bunch of bread recipes on there when I was looking for something to bake for my boss for Christmas (she doesn't like pumpkin, so I couldn't go with the usual), and I ended up doing Banana Cream Cheese Bread for her, which I think turned out rather well. And the Junior Mint Cheesecake, which was from the candy bar set that Steph sent, was a smash success with my coworkers. So I've been going back to it more and more often.
Lately I've been perusing the crock pot recipes trying to get some inspiration for using my crock pot more. Right now I only use it for my creamed corn chowder and chili recipes, but I'd like to experiment some more and come up with some new stuff. Since I work 10 hours and come home at 7:30 when I don't feel like cooking, a crock pot dinner makes a lot of sense. I found a fairly simple-looking Sloppy Joes recipe that I might play with a little, and we'll see where I go from there... but I also wanted to ask if any of you have any simple, but good crock pot recipes I could
